First time trying this cut. Salt and Pepper on the grill - medium rare. Serve with a sauce-we made Cimchurri. Crazy good. If you have not tried this cut yet- don't worry and go for it.

We get all of our meat from Skips - high quality, great taste, and our whole family is involved in the process of picking out what we want, including our now 5 year old! While we feel confident about what we get each week, it's also about the experience- friendly service, you can ask any questions and never be talked down to, there are recipe suggestions, and we are always treated like family there. We recommend skips to everyone we know!

This such a wonder sausage. We use as a additive when we want extra flavor to a homemade pizza, store bought one or veggie side dishes that could benefit from a flavor boost. i like to take it out the the casing and slow roast it in the over then freeze for future use. Love it
